Flotation machine is used for extracting of metals like gold, argent, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel and aluminum. It is also suitable for extracting of ferrous metal metals and non--metals.
When flotation machine is working, with the rotation of the impeller, groove pulp from all around and via the bottom of groove is inhaled into between the impeller blades by the impeller bottom, at the same time, by the blower for the low pressure air by hollow shaft and impeller air distributor also enter it. After pulp mixing air fully, it is pusher from the upper part of the impeller to the oblique, and the stator stabilizes the flow and directs it into the whole trough. Bubbles rise to the foam stability region, after concentration process, the foam from the overflow weir gravity overflow then into the bubble bath, and part of the pulp flow to the lower part of impeller, then through the impeller stirring, to mix mineralization bubble formation, the rest of the pulp flow to the next trough, until eventually residue.

The accuracy of the separation is high, the cleans ash is low:the cleaned coal ash can be reduced by 1-2%, compared with conventional mechanical stirring type flotation machine.
Vulnerable parts are durable:the impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in removing material deposit and debris, reducing the phenomenon of damaging parts due to clutter; the impeller of the agitator is made of grinding rubber, which enhances the wear resistance.
